Student Complaints and Grievances

At Campus, we are committed to creating a positive learning experience and addressing student concerns fairly, respectfully, and promptly. If you have a concern about a Campus policy, service, decision, or experience, we encourage you to let us know so we can work toward a resolution.

Start with Informal Resolution

Many concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Students are encouraged to first discuss concerns with the relevant individual, department, or office whenever appropriate. Student Affairs is also available to help facilitate conversations and support informal resolution efforts.

Submit a Formal Grievance

If a concern cannot be resolved informally, students may submit a formal grievance through the Campus Conduct, Policy, and Concern Report form.

Examples of concerns that may be addressed through the grievance process include:

  • Application of institutional policies or procedures
  • Student services and administrative processes
  • Institutional decisions affecting a student's educational experience
  • Alleged violations of student rights

Please note that certain concerns, including conduct matters, discrimination and harassment complaints, accommodation requests, grade appeals, financial aid eligibility determinations, and readmission decisions, are addressed through separate Campus policies and procedures. Students requiring disability-related accommodations to participate in the grievance process may contact ada@campus.edu.

What Happens Next?

Once a formal grievance is submitted:

  1. Student Affairs will review the submission and acknowledge receipt.
  2. The matter will be evaluated through the appropriate grievance review process.
  3. Students will have an opportunity to provide relevant information and documentation.
  4. A written decision will be provided once the review is complete.

Students may appeal decisions in accordance with Campus policies.

External Complaint Options

Students are encouraged to utilize Campus's internal complaint and grievance process first. However, students may also file complaints with applicable state agencies, accreditors, or other regulatory bodies at any time.

State Agencies

Federal regulations require institutions to provide students and prospective students with information about how to file complaints with accrediting agencies and state authorities. To support this requirement, the following list includes complaint contact information for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. The inclusion of a state agency on this list does not necessarily indicate that Campus is licensed, authorized, or regulated in that jurisdiction. This information is provided as a resource to assist students in identifying the appropriate state complaint process. Contact Information for Student Complaint Processes (PDF)

Note: Retaliation against any student filing a complaint or grievance in good faith is strictly prohibited.
